A 25-year-old man died in Co Meath this morning after a head-on collision between two cars.
The crash happened on the N2 one-and-a-half miles north of the village of Slane at 6.20 a.m. A woman was seriously injured.
She was taken to hospital in Navan. The dead man's body was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, Co Louth.
