A 23-year-old man was last night charged with the murder after a man diedfollowing a street attack in Co Tyrone.
Mr Finbar Francis McVey, from Drumallan Road, was found slumped in a Cookstownstreet in Co Tyrone shortly after 2.00 a.m. on Saturday.
Two men were later arrested.
A PSNI spokeswoman said the man charged, also from the Coosktown area, is due to appear at EnniskillenMagistrates Court tomorrow morning.
The second man, aged 21, and also from the Cookstown area, has been releasedwithout charge pending reports to the director of public prosecutions.
