Pay increases of 5.5 for first 12 months of agreement, 5.5 per cent for second 12 months and four per cent for last nine months. Workers on less than £200 a week will receive flat rate increases of £12 a week, £11 a week and £9 a week instead, plus exemption from PRSI and health levies.
