The jury was discharged yesterday in the trial of two Limerick men charged with the murder of a barman in Limerick four years ago.
On Tuesday, the trial at the Central Criminal Court was adjourned at the request of one of the accused, Mr Raymond Casey, who was representing himself, to allow him to seek legal representation.
Mr Casey (37), of Ashe Avenue, John Carew park, and Mr Anthony Casey (20), with an address at Mount Pleasant Avenue, both in Limerick, have pleaded not guilty to the murder of Noel Pyper (48), on August 12th, 1997.
