Gardaí in Limerick are still searching for two men who escaped from officers while on their way back from court yesterday.
The two escaped from a Garda van outside Mulgrave Street Prison, to where they had been earlier remanded in custody.
A Garda spokesman said another vehicle may have been waiting to pick up the prisoners after their escape. The two are believed to have been charged in relation to a bank robbery last year.
