Legal argument in the absence of the jury is continuing at the trial of a Dublin bookkeeper accused of strangling his wife. Mr Paul O'Donohoe (44), of Aberdeen Street, Dublin, has pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to the murder of his estranged wife, Miriam, at her home in Ashfield Gardens, Mulhuddart, Co Dublin, on January 25th, 1997.
