The Minister for Education Dr Woods said today Leaving Certificate students can get their results on the Internet from this year.
It follows the Dial-Up system which last year was used by 24,000 students from at home and abroad to obtain their results.
Students will be able to access their results on either the Dial Up facility or the Internet by using a PIN Number and their Examination Number.Results will also be available through schools in the normal way.
Both of the new services will operate from 12 p.m. on the day the results are issued - Wednesday August 15th.
