French cosmetics group L'Oreal said today its offer for Body Shop International had secured 95.5 per cent of the British chain's share capital and that it would seek to delist the company.
It said its 300 pence per share offer would remain open until further notice, but that it would also seek to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares.
