Gardaí have named the two men killed in road crashes earlier this week.
Daru Coldea (50), with an address in Islandbridge, Dublin died on Monday night when his car hit a tree on the North Road in Santry Demesne.
The man who died in a two-vehicle crash at Gorteen, Castledermot, Kildare yesterday morning was Marian Ionescu (28) with an address at Parnell Street, Dublin 1.
