The space age is coming to Kerry, with the US and European space agencies, NASA and ESA, co operating in the first exhibition of its kind to be staged in Ireland. Pieces of moon rock, an Apollo space suit, space shuttle clothing, a solar protection tile and a meteorite found in Co Tipperary will be included in the display.

It will open on April 21st at the Kerry County Museum in Tralee's Ashe Memorial Hall, and run until November.
