SRINAGAR - An explosion in a high security area of India's Jammu and Kashmir state killed at least three people yesterday, police said.
They said the blast hit a heavily guarded hostel for state legislators in the affluent Civil Lines area of Srinagar, the summer capital. One woman was injured.
