Judgment was reserved by Mr Justice Morris in the High Court yesterday in an action in which Kildare County Council is trying to halt the extraction of sand and gravel from a pit at Broadleas, Ballymore Eustace. The council has taken the proceedings against Mr Thomas Goode and Ms Teresa Goode, Castlewarden, Straffan and Goode Concrete Ltd.
