The High Court has reserved judgment on an action brought by the National Taxi Drivers' Union (NTDU) challenging the Government's decision to deregulate the industry.
In closing submissions yesterday, Mr John Rogers SC, for the NTDU, said the decision had to be looked at in the context of whether it was reasonable and whether there had been consultation before deregulation was introduced.
