ACC Bank has secured summary judgment for about €11 million against two Co Leitrim men over loans they took out, including one for a housing development near Manorhamilton.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly entered judgment against Pat Slevin, Farbar, Glenfarne, Co Leitrim, and Finbar Ryan, Lurganboy, Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim, over loans issued from 2004.
