Judge Sean McBride

In a report in yesterday's editions, it was stated that Judge Sean McBride failed in an attempt to have a case struck out against him at Buncrana Circuit Court. This was incorrect. In fact, Judge Deery directed that further affidavits should be filed and he adjourned the case. Judge McBride's application to strike out the claim as vexatious and frivolous is still before the court for hearing. The error is regretted.
