A judge has described the State's attitude to co-operation with the courts in Army deafness cases as "intolerable"

A judge has described the State's attitude to co-operation with the courts in Army deafness cases as "intolerable". Judge Liam Devally's criticism yesterday was levelled at the State Solicitor's Office. He awarded costs of the day against the State in two cases which were unable to proceed because of non-delivery of documents by State solicitors.
