British television presenter Mr John Leslie has been released on bail after being arrested over allegations of rape and indecent assault, police said this evening.
The former Blue Peterpresenter was held this morning and was being questioned by detectives at a police station in London.
Mr Leslie (37) attended the police station by arrangement and with his solicitor.
