OH BROTHER. Having finished sixth in X Factorin 2009 and eighth in the Eurovision Song Contest Jedward, were last night eliminated from Big Brother,reaching third place in the show.
It was an OMG moment given that the Dublin twins were firm favourites to win the show.
But if the pair were disappointed at their loss it didnt show as they descended the stairs from the house with their usual energy.
The twins, who are virtually impossible to quote separately given that they are identical and finish each others sentences, described their stint in the house as a “crazy rollercoaster”.
Paddy Doherty, the My Big Fat Gypsy Weddingstar eventually won the show having been given 5/1 odds by the bookies. Kerry Katona, who was second favourite at 11/4 came in second place.
Many Irish households could not view the latest antics of the Dublin twins whose real names are John and Edward Grimes, as Big Brother was broadcast on the UK-based Channel 5, only available on satellie here.
