MADELEINE LYONS has been appointed Property Editor. She previously worked as Special Reports Editor. She has also held the post of Assistant Features Editor and Technology Correspondent. She joined The Irish Times online editorial team when it started in 1996.
She holds a business degree from Trinity College and a masters in journalism from DCU. In 2000 she completed an MBA at the UCD Smurfit School of Business. She is from Kilbeggan, Co Westmeath.
