Man killed after car collides with truck in Monaghan

A man has been killed in a fatal road collision in Co Monaghan.

The man was fatally injured when his car collided with a truck at Mount Lodge Demesne on the Rockcorry to Shercock Road yesterday evening.

His body was removed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.

The male driver of the truck and a passenger were uninjured in the crash.
