Baghdad - The Iraqi Oil Minister, Mr Amer Mohammad Rashid, has accused Saudi Arabia of triggering the recent slump in crude prices by pledging to make up any shortfall on the world oil market.
"It is regrettable that Saudi Arabia should be subservient to the US" in oil matters, he said.
