The IRA has stated it "remains ready to help in developing the conditions which will allow for a meaningful negotiations process, free from preconditions of any kind".
In its Easter message in the republican newspaper An Phoblacht, the IRA says it is "fully committed to its republican objectives".
The message says the only place for the representatives of the Irish people to go is the negotiating table.
