Spurs have agreed a £2million fee with Bo's Chinese club Qingdao Yizhong which will see the striker - who has agreed personal terms - become a Tottenham player if he can obtain a work permit.

Bo has 19 caps for China and featured in all three of his country's World Cup matches this summer.
