Heiton Holdings today announced the sale of its one-acre builders merchants site at South Lotts Road in Ringsend to Green Property for £10.8 million in cash.
Planning permission has been granted on the site for office development. Heitons will transfer its builders merchants operation at Ringsend to a three-acre leased facility at East Road, Dublin 1.
