LUANDA Unita guerrillas failed for the second day in a row yesterday to report at UN assembly points as required under Angola's revised peace timetable, a UN spokesman said.

He said UN assembly camps in the provinces of Huambo and Uige had been opened for the demobilisation of former Unita rebels on Monday. Under the Lusaka peace accord signed in November 1994, Unita fighters were to be disarmed at the camps before being demobilised or absorbed into the Angolan army.
