Two developments, involving the construction of 102 houses and communal buildings at Brookview, Tallaght, under the rental subsidy scheme have been approved by the Minister for Housing and Urban Renewal, Mr Robert Molloy.
The houses are part of a development of 300 homes being provided in Brookview by the voluntary housing associations, NABCo and Respond!, the county council and the private sector.
