Gardai have uncovered an apparent cocaine packaging operation along with cocaine with an estimated street value of €1.3 million at an apartment in north Dublin.

After a search conducted at the apartment in Donabate, gardaí based in Swords seized the drugs along with a manual hydraulic compressor, a chemical mixer, a large quantity of mixing agents and household liquidisers, a statement said.

Investigations are continuing.

It is understood gardai are hunting for two men and a woman in relation to the raid on the rented apartment in Ballisk Court.
