Gardaí seize drugs worth €1m in Co Dublin raid

Gardaí have seized drugs estimated to be worth more than €1 million in a search of a house in Co Dublin this morning.

Gardaí have seized drugs estimated to be worth more than €1 million in a search of a house in Co Dublin this morning.

A kilo of cocaine and a quantity of cannabis resin were uncovered in the raid on a house in Newcastle, Co Dublin. Two firearms and some ammunition were also seized.

Detectives from Rathcoole and Clondalkin carried out the raid, supported by the Clondalkin Drugs Unit.

No arrests were made, and investigations are ongoing.
