The woman (51) who died in hospital after the car she was driving crashed into a ditch in Co Galway this week has been named.
She was Kathleen Rock (51) of Gort, Co Galway.
The car she was driving crashed into a ditch on a minor road off the N18 at Keamsellagh East, Kilcolgan on Wednesday evening.
She was taken to University College Hospital, Galway, where she died of her injuries.
Ms Rock was the only occupant of the car and there were no other vehicles involved.
