A man carrying €40,000 worth of cannabis resin was arrested by Gardaí in Portmarnock, Co Dublin last night.
Detectives from Malahide seized the drugs while searching the man at Strand Road in Portmarnock last night.
The man has been arrested and is currently detained at Malahide Garda Station under section 2 Drug Trafficking Act.
