France under-21 coach Raymond Domenech has admitted today he has had "an interesting offer" from Fulham about the soon-to-be-vacant manager's job.

With Jean Tigana set to leave the Barclaycard Premiership club this summer, Domenech says he is keen on finding out more about the position.

"It's true," said 51-year-old Domenech on L'Equipewebsite. "It's an interesting offer and I have not closed the door.

"I am ready to talk about it. One of the reasons is that it is maybe time to test on the field the knowledge I have accumulated as coach at the national coaching centre".

Domenech has been in charge of the French Under-21 set-up since 1993 and played a key role in developing the careers of many of the players who lifted the World Cup in 1998 and won Euro 2000.
