Gardaí in Navan, Co Meath are questioning four men after a milk van was hijacked and later found burnt out in the town early this morning.
The driver of the van was slightly injured during the incident which happened at around 5.40 a.m.
A garda spokesman said the van was found burnt out about three milesfrom where it had been hijacked, and four local men were arrested shortly afterwards.
They are being questioned under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
