Four people who were questioned about the death of Mr Anthony Casey, who died two weeks ago after being found beaten unconscious in Limerick city, have all been released without charge.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Casey was found in Lady's Lane, Parnell Street on August 10th and died two days later.
