Gardaí tonight arrested four people and seized a firearm and ammunition as part of an ongoing investigation into serious crime in Dublin.
The two men and two women are being detained at north inner city Garda stations. A firearm and a quantity of ammunition was also recovered during a search of a premises on Richmond Road in Drumcondra.
All four people are detained under Section 30 Offences against the State Act at Store Street and Mountjoy Garda stations.
