Gardaí investigating the death of a man found dead in a house in Swords, Co Dublin, on Friday night have ruled out foul play.

The 39-year-old man was discovered by a family member at 11.40pm at the house on Castleview Close.

The body remained at the scene overnight pending a preliminary examination by a pathologist on Saturday morning. When the remains were removed for a postmortem foul play was ruled out. It is believed the man may have fallen.
