The former chief executive ofEnron North America and Energy Services units pleadguilty today to insider trading. Mr David Delainey entered his plea in federal court in Houstonon the criminal charge brought by the US Justice Departmentas part of its continuing probe into the collapse of the energygiant.
Mr Delainey agreed in the court proceeding to cooperate withEnron prosecutors.
