London - The Flying Scotsman, the world's most famous steam locomotive, was back on the rails yesterday - and arrived at its destination only 15 minutes late. The express train, credited with being the first to break the 100 m.p.h. barrier, has been restored over three years at a cost of £1 million to the owner, the pharmaceutical entrepreneur Dr Tony Marchington's company.
