Five men charged with INLA membership were further remanded until next month at the Special Criminal Court today.
Gareth Dunne (22), Clonard Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12; Gerard Kelleher (27), Cathedral View Walk, Kevin Street, Dublin 8; Edward McGarrigle (42), Melmont Gardens, Strabane, Co Tyrone; John McCrossan (46), Ballycoleman Estate, Strabane, Co Tyrone and Neil Myles (53), of no fixed abode, are charged with membership of an illegal organisation styling itself the INLA on February 22nd, contrary to the Offences against the State Act.
Prosecution solicitor Liam Mulholland told the court the Garda file in the case should be ready by the middle of next month.
The court remanded all five men on continuing bail until the end of July.
