Carrigaline Community TV Broadcasting Co Ltd, trading as South Coast Community Television Broadcasting Service, has been given leave by the High Court to challenge a decision of the Minister of State for Transport, Energy and Communications on April 15th last refusing its application for licences to provide a UHF re-broadcasting service.

The company is also seeking to prevent the Minister or Cork Communications from interfering or attempting to interfere with the broadcasting service provided by it in Co Cork and west Waterford.
