A motorist who used his mobile phone while driving without his seat belt on was fined a total of £130 in Dublin District Court yesterday. Tony Marks (37) of Tara Lawns, The Donahies, Donaghmede, Dublin was convicted of careless driving and fined £100. He was also fined £30 for not wearing a seat belt.
