FARC rebels admit killing

Bogota - Colombia's largest rebel group, FARC, claimed responsibility yesterday for the kidnapping and murder of three American environmental and Indian rights workers but said the act was not part of its policy. The guerrillas responsible had been punished, said Mr Raul Reyes, a member of FARC's central command.
