Falcon Holidays has served of legal proceedings against Thomson Holidays for allegedly selling two holidays which are exclusive in the Irish market to Falcon. Falcon's marketing manager, Mr Damien Mooney, claimed yesterday Thomson's Irish brochure included two properties which they are not entitled to market outside the UK.
Thomson Holidays, the largest UK tour operator, has recently entered the Irish sun holiday market. Thomson Holidays could not be reached for comment last night.
