Dairy farmers over their milk quotas should feed excess milk to their livestock or give it to neighbouring farms, the president of the ICMSA, Mr Frank Allen, said yesterday, adding that supplying milk over quota, and thereby incurring a superlevy fine of £1.38 per gallon, made no sense.
