NEW DELHI – Police say at least 13 eunuchs were killed in a fire last night that raged through a prayer ceremony in the Indian capital.
Emergency workers said the blaze was most likely to have been caused by an electrical short circuit during the gathering of 5,000 eunuchs from across northern India.
