The European Commission will publish reports on the progress of Turkey and Western Balkan countries towards EU membership on November 8 rather than October 24th, the EU executive said today.
"The commission's diary has changed, that happens sometimes," a commission spokeswoman said today.
The commission's recommendation on whether Bulgaria and Romania should join the EU in 2007 or 2008 is due on September 26th as planned.
