Paris - A jaguar that escaped from its cage at a rural French zoo killed a three-year-old boy and seriously injured his father as he tried to save him, police said yesterday. Two female jaguars had tunnelled under the bars of their cage at the zoo in Doue-la-Fontaine near Poitiers on Saturday. One of them bit the boy in the head.
