ESB has announced the appointment of Mr Bernard Byrne as group finance director of the company.
Mr Byrne will succeed Mr Tony Donnelly, who was recently appointed deputy chief executive.
Mr Byrne was most recently deputy chief executive and group finance director of IWP International.
He has previously worked for Price Waterhouse and also spent a number of years with ESB International
