Nairobi - Ethiopia accused Eritrea of having "killed off negotiations in Algiers" yesterday, after six days of proximity talks there were adjourned.
In an official statement from Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian government said Eritrea did not want to "negotiate the substance of technical arrangements", which Ethiopia has rejected in their present form.
