Kathmandu - A Pakistani diplomat was expelled and given 24 hours to leave Nepal yesterday after he was found in possession of powerful explosives, state-run television reported. The Paki stani embassy's first secretary, Mr Mohammad Arshad Cheema, was said to have been in possession of 16 kg of explosives.
