New York - A US human rights organisation yesterday called on Saudi Arabia, which has publicly beheaded 115 people this year, to halt all executions immediately. Human Rights Watch said the kingdom's legal system failed to provide basic fair trial guarantees and the judiciary allowed the royal family and other wellconnected individuals to manipulate the system to their advantage.
